D. Michael Steuert, a director of the company since October 2004, has been senior vice president and chief financial officer for Fluor Corporation since 2001. He served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at Litton Industries Inc. and as a senior officer and chief financial officer of GenCorp Inc. Prior to joining GenCorp Inc., he held financial management positions at TRW Inc.
